After we receive your order, we will immediately have professional designers and craftsmen make glass portraits based on the photos you uploaded. Each work needs to be hammered thousands of times before your photo can be engraved on the glass. So each work is unique.

Design and production takes about 5-7 days

After successfully placing an order, it is estimated that you can receive the goods within 10-15 days.

Our products are shipped locally from overseas and then delivered to your address via USPS and FedEx.

Our items are custom made and cannot be resold. Returns are not accepted after purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled more than 3 hours after they were placed.

After receiving the goods, if the goods are damaged during the logistics process due to the seller's fault, or the goods are not the same as the ones on the pictures, you can contact us for free re-making.
